have lapsed for more than 60 days must purchase the out of warranty renewal. This will
upgrade customers of SNMPc 5.0 and above to the latest version of SNMPc. It also provides
a further 12 months of software updates coverage. |

| • | Technical support is provided by email and through our
helpdesk while you have a valid Annual Updates license. This includes the first 12 months free of charge.
We do not provide telephone support. |
